- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays in postal or customs services.
- Please note that when Standard Shipping is selected, the tracking number may be issued with a delay of several business days. This is due to the logistics process: the tracking number is assigned at the international sorting hub in the country of origin, not at the moment the order leaves our warehouse. Once the parcel reaches the sorting hub, the tracking information will be generated and become available.
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the deck is unopened and in its original shrink-wrap. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 5% processing fee applies to cancellations. For full instructions and our return address, please read our complete.
Refund Policy
How do Pre-Orders work?
A Pre-Order allows you to purchase a deck that is currently in production. By paying upfront, you help fund the manufacturing costs. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page, but please note that this is an estimate. Production delays can happen, and we will notify you via email if the timeline changes.
Can I cancel or modify my Pre-Order?
No. Because the funds from Pre-Orders are immediately invested into printing and materials, all Pre-Orders are final. We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once the payment is processed, unless the production is officially cancelled by us.
I ordered an in-stock item together with a Pre-Order. When will my package ship?
We ship the entire order in one package only when the Pre-Order item arrives at our warehouse. If you want to receive the in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
We can cancel the order within two hours after placing the order. Please note that the amount returned will be 5% less on your payment. This is the cost of the payment system commission, which is not refundable.
All your orders are packed to a high standard, but unfortunately there may be instances of carelessness on the part of delivery services. We therefore recommend that you check the condition of the parcel/box when you receive your order. If you find any damage on your package, you must refuse to accept it and contact us as soon as possible so that we can make some clarifications and resend your order.
Shipping warehouses
We kindly request you to check all the fields including your address and contact details, at the time of making the order. If your address was noted incorrectly, please contact us immediately, no later than 2 hours after placing the order.
We’ll send you the tracking code to your personal account after shipping the order. This will give you an opportunity to track the location of your order any time.
Buyers are responsible for any custom duties and import taxes that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Minor cosmetic damage to cards or boxes that does not impact their usability for tarot or oracle readings is not eligible for replacement or return.
If your order sustains significant damage during delivery, rendering it unusable for readings, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement. To initiate a claim, please provide photos of the damage upon receiving your order.
