How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment on our website via Pay Pal secure transaction system. At the time of making the order, you need to fill out the required data and pay for your order.

Terms and delivery

Free shipping may be canceled depending on your area.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays in postal or customs services.

Returns & Refunds

We’ll return and refund the goods without any problems on the basis of the international law.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your payment will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Order cancellation

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

We can cancel the order within two hours after placing the order. Please note that the amount returned will be 5% less on your payment. This is the cost of the payment system commission, which is not refundable.

Safe delivery, shipment and customs fees
Guarantee of Safe Delivery
All your orders are packed to a high standard, but unfortunately there may be instances of carelessness on the part of delivery services. We therefore recommend that you check the condition of the parcel/box when you receive your order. If you find any damage on your package, you must refuse to accept it and contact us as soon as possible so that we can make some clarifications and resend your order.

Shipping warehouses
Orders are shipped from different warehouses located in the USA, Russia, or the Netherlands, depending on product availability. If the origin of the shipment is important for your order, please confirm the details with us before placing your purchase.
 
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Please note that customs fees may apply depending on the regulations of the recipient’s country. The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not have control over these charges, as they are imposed by customs authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to intervene in or cancel this process.
What if I noted the wrong address?

We kindly request you to check all the fields including your address and contact details, at the time of making the order. If your address was noted incorrectly, please contact us immediately, no later than 2 hours after placing the order.

Track order

We’ll send you the tracking code to your personal account after shipping the order. This will give you an opportunity to track the location of your order any time.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any custom duties and import taxes that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your order is damaged

Damage cards or boxes that do not affect the reading of the tarot or oracles will not be replaced or returned.

If your order was damaged during delivery and cannot be fully utilized in reading, I will refund the payment in full or send the order again. After receiving the order, you must send me a photo of the damage.
