We accept payment on our website via Pay Pal secure transaction system. At the time of making the order, you need to fill out the required data and pay for your order.
Free shipping may be canceled depending on your area.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays in postal or customs services.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Your payment will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
We can cancel the order within two hours after placing the order. Please note that the amount returned will be 5% less on your payment. This is the cost of the payment system commission, which is not refundable.
All your orders are packed according to high standards, but unfortunately, there may be cases of careless delivery service work. Therefore, we kindly recommend you to check the package/box condition at the time of receiving the order. If you find out any damages on your package, you need to refuse from receiving it and contact us as soon as possible, in order for us to make some clarifications and send your order again.

We kindly request you to check all the fields including your address and contact details, at the time of making the order. If your address was noted incorrectly, please contact us immediately, no later than 2 hours after placing the order.
We’ll send you the tracking code to your personal account after shipping the order. This will give you an opportunity to track the location of your order any time.

Orders to Canada, Australia and Brazil are not tracked when a package arrives in the buyer’s country. If you order from this country, I ask you to take it into account. If your package is lost in this country, I apply for search. After the official reply of the postal services, I will resend your order or return your payment.
Damage cards or boxes that do not affect the reading of the tarot or oracles will not be replaced or returned.
If your order was damaged during delivery and cannot be fully utilized in reading, I will refund the payment in full or send the order again. After receiving the order, you must send me a photo of the damage.
