Tarocco Studio wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind after purchasing please contact us immediately. In the rare chance that your items have not yet shipped we can issue a refund. Note that we ship every day around 11:00 AM EST and often again in the afternoon.
If you items have already shipped you may be eligible for a refund if all of the conditions below are true
(1) It is less than 30 days from the date your received your package
(2) Your purchase is unused and in the exact condition that you received it
(3) Your Purchase is in its original packaging (Open Items cannot be returned)
If the above conditions are true you may contact Tarocco Studio via e-mail to receive a refund authorization. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for items that do not have have a prior e-mail authorization from Tarocco Studio.
If you receive a Return Authorization you may pack and ship your items back to Tarocco Studio. Shipping and Shipping Costs for a return back to Tarot Arts is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The Original Shipping Charge is not included in the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not process exchanges at this time.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
