Refund policy
Tarocco Studio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our updated Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all orders placed on our website. All prices and transactions on our website are processed in USD (US Dollars).
1. Order Cancellations If you change your mind after purchasing, please contact us immediately at info@tarocco-studio.com. If your order has not yet been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we can cancel it. Please note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for all canceled orders. This fee covers the non-refundable payment gateway commissions charged by our payment processor (Stripe).
2. 30-Day Return Policy If your items have already been shipped or delivered, you may be eligible for a return if all of the following conditions are met:

It has been less than 30 days since the date you received your package.

Your item is unused, unopened, and in the exact condition that you received it.

Your purchase is in its original shrink-wrapped packaging (Open decks and items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product).
3. Return Process and Shipping Costs To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@tarocco-studio.com to receive a Return Authorization. Under no circumstances will a return or refund be processed for items sent back without prior email authorization from Tarocco Studio.
Once authorized, you may pack and ship your items back to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: You must contact us at info@tarocco-studio.com to receive a Return Authorization before mailing your product to this address. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically in USD and credited back to your original method of payment via Stripe.
Late or missing refunds: Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@tarocco-studio.com.
5. Customer Support SLA We aim to provide excellent service to our customers. Our support team will respond to all email inquiries (info@tarocco-studio.com) within 24-48 hours during regular business days.
